我們十分歡迎您加入化驗師公會成為本地/非本地會員，所有新成員請下載 [ 澳門化驗師公會入會申請表]並於填表後電郵或傳真至本會，或按下列連結填寫e表作線上報名。經理事會審核後，收到本會回覆卡者即正式成為新會員。每位新會員需繳交首次入會費(澳門幣$100)及年費(澳門幣$100)。
You are very welcome to be one of our local and/or foreign members. Please finish the attached MLTA Application Form and send back to us via Email or Fax. Or fill up our e-from (Macau Laboratory Technologist Association Application Form) and submit on line. You will receive our Reply Card when the committee accept your application. After that, please prepare the one-off Membership fee (MOP$100) and Annual fee (MOP $100) to us.
